It Must Be A Magical Place

Imagine you’re out shopping, you see something you absolutely love but you restrain yourself and walk on by.  Does that sound familiar? No? Me neither. Try as I might, I just couldn’t resist these tiny vintage salt and pepper shakers from my favorite Antique Mall in Edmonton. Admittedly, I might be there far too often (Mr B stop reading now).  Look how sparkly they are!

They’re the perfect set for my craft room.  I just love using vintage things in the craft room while I tinker on my projects.

I like to think about where things have been or who may have used them before. These are so cute, I think maybe someone very glamorous owned them. Like maybe Marilyn Monroe used them at a picnic on the seashore, you just never know.

I’ve filled them with pink glitter and like a fairy godmother with wings, I’m dusting everything with sparkles.

The little tag on one says Marineland, I guess that’s why they have tiny pink & aqua sea shells on them (much prettier than diamonds).  It’s almost like they were custom-made for me.  I’ve never visited Marineland, but these little shakers are so heavenly, it must be a magical place.

Lucky me, I have a dedicated craft room and currently on the Cut File Team for Paige Taylor Evans. I mostly enjoy making 12x12 layouts and Mini Albums. Thanks so much for coming by 💛

        1. 🙂 You need to consider a career in motivational speaking….you’d make a mint! Wait till you see what I scored at an antique mall yesterday…OMG, it’s the most beautiful thing ever. I will post soon.
